Service: Service Requests - Evidence of Insurance
Evidence of Insurance requests - usually requested by your escrow company - can be submitted
via fax (310) 221-0966 or email at leana@nhcinsurance.com.
If you received a letter requesting the evidence, please
send us that document along with your request. This will help ensure
that the insurance meets the requestor's requirements.
Original documents will be mailed, and faxed if requested,
to the party requesting the evidence of insurance. Our insureds will
also receive copies via fax or email (if an email address
is provided). Email will be sent as an 
Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
